Lost In the World - A Travel Series

A delightful piece of genre blending

Lost In the World truly is a different kind of a travel show. Think of it as a sit-com trapped in a travel show. This joyful hybrid of a scripted show, documentary and improv uses emails, txt msgs, jpgs, mpgs, smart phones and laptops to tell the story of the series of happy accidents that comprise Kristine's travels around the globe.

The show is a new media juggernaut that is designed to seamlessly fit on the TV screen, for internet streaming and podcast downloads.

The Romance of Roaming

Our host, the charming and beautiful Kristine Alexandria, loves traveling. But she has a slight problem with orientation. She tends to get lost. A lot.

To her, maps are a mystery, GPS stands for Gorgeous Pair of Shoes and directions are indecipherable enigmas. Tell her to go left and she is more than likely to go right, or ‘the other left’ as she is apt to call it.

But that's all right by Kristine. For getting lost in this context is a good thing. It's the romantic and care-free aspect of traveling, where a wrong turn in a distant land takes you to all the right places. A place you would not discover if you had your trip all mapped out on your GPS.

In Kristine's own words: 'To me traveling is about getting lost; discovering new places, making new friends and maybe picking up an accessory or two in the process.'
